Volunteer Registration

To register as a volunteer please follow the following instructions:

1.	Download, fill out and sign the Participant Waiver by clicking this link
2.	Download, fill out and sign the Parental Consent Waiver (where applicable) by clicking this link
3.	Fill out the form on the right, insuring to upload the forms you downloaded and filled out in steps 1 through 3 above
4.	Sign the AMP Waiver by clicking this link Everyone entering AMP will need to have a waiver signed for them. At the gate, if you do not have a confirmation email saying that you have signed the waiver, AMP will ask you to sign again in person.
5.	Enjoy your day helping to make children in need happy!

Volunteer spots are first come first serve, if you have a preference, please check all the opportunities you are interested in.

Volunteers must be 18 years of age in order to escort kids to cars. Anyone wishing to volunteer must fill out their own application. If you are filling out an application on behalf of a minor, please sign the Rides to Remember Parental Consent and Liability Waiver.

By participating in Rides to Remember events, you consent to being photographed and filmed. These images and videos may be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform our event staff upon arrival. We respect your privacy and will make every effort to accommodate your request.
