FAMILY REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in Rides to Remember. This event, driven by Ferrari of Atlanta, is exclusively for families associated with our pediatric cancer charities.

If you’re not part of these charities, you can still support our mission. Join us at our gala on August 9th, or participate in our Back to the Track Day as a driver or volunteer.

1.	Download, fill out and sign the Participant Waiver by clicking this link . One form for each participant must be filled out.
2.	Download, fill out and sign the Parental Consent Waiver by clicking this link. One form for each child must be filled out.
3.	Fill out the form on the right, insuring to upload the forms you downloaded and filled out in steps 1 and 2 above.
4.	Sign the AMP Waiver by clicking this link Everyone entering AMP will need to have a waiver signed for them. At the gate, if you do not have a confirmation email saying that you have signed the waiver, AMP will ask you to sign again in person.
