Driver Registration

To register as a driver please follow the following instructions:

1.	Download, fill out and sign the Participant Waiver by clicking this link
2.	If driving an AFV, download, fill out and sign the Alternative Fuel Vehicle Waiver by clicking this link
3.	If you intend to bring an plus one, download, fill out and sign the Plus One Insurance Waiver by clicking this link
4.	Fill out the form on the right, insuring to upload the forms you downloaded and filled out in steps 1 through 3 above
5.	Sign the AMP Waiver by clicking this link Everyone entering AMP will need to have a waiver signed for them. At the gate, if you do not have a confirmation email saying that you have signed the waiver, AMP will ask you to sign again in person.
6.	Pay the $55 participation fee.
7.	Enjoy your day helping to make children in need happy!

By participating in Rides to Remember events, you consent to being photographed and filmed. These images and videos may be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform our event staff upon arrival. We respect your privacy and will make every effort to accommodate your request.
